What is MSH?

All over the world, there is a housing crisis. Housing became expensive, expensive to buy, expensive to rent. It is hardly affordable, and the same goes to the labor housing. There is not enough space for the workforce, they are living all-over the city in multiple different accommodations. This means, they must be collected by a company bus, meaning extra costs and wasted time. Housing the labor is problematic. We have a solution for this: Modular Staff Hotel

Imagine, that you could have all your workforce in one location. Imagine a concept, where You as a customer could pick the elements according to the needs of the company and the number of the workforce. You can order the necessary number of bedrooms, bathrooms and other rooms. Imagine a solution that is not just a comfortable labor housing, which can result more efficient work the other day, but it also can be designed and suited to any space the Customer has, and even delivered pre-produced. This is what MSH can give you.

The Modular Staff Hotel is a housing solution for all kind of labor housing problems. It is assembled by multiple different blocks and units, which are pre-produced in our factory. Every unit has heating, modern insulation and windows. Units are designed in a way, that they can be connected to each other. The units are delivered to the site pre-produced, on site we assemble them and connect the necessary wires. All these blocks have their own functionality.

The block in detail

Sleeping Block

This unit’s duty to make it possible for the workers to rest after a though day, so next morning they can start fresh. Sleeping Block offers two single beds or one bunk bed, depending on the customer's request. There are also two wardrobes, heating for each rooms and electric outlets for charging phones.

Water block

It is not hard to figure out what is the purpose of this block. On one side, there is a bathroom, equipped with 2 showers, 2 washbins, heating and an electric boiler. In the other room of block there are two toilets, a urinal and a washbin, making this half of the unit the restroom.

Kitchen block

The kitchen offers all the necessary kitchen appliances, and equipped with two fridges and two dinning tables. At each table 4 people can take seats.

Washing Block

This is just as simple as the name suggests, two rooms, each equipped with two washing machines and two drying racks.

Main Corridors

These units are also simple ones, they provide two entrances and exits for the final building.
