Schotsman 2.0 project
It is ready! The first pilot bungalow is handed over to RCN.
RCN, a hospitality company with locations in the Netherlands and France.
RCN „De Schotsman” announced the ’Schotsman 2.0’ project to mondernize the park. In the next year the park will be complety renovated with a new swimming pool, new restaurant et etc.
We, together with Recreavilla, will build 70 new bungalows. A turn key project that also can include furniture.
Shown in the picture is the Lake 4 bungalow, which a 4 person bungalow. The large front window really allows the sun into the bungalow, such that even on the darkest days of the year you experience the real holiday feeling.
There will be 6 and 8 person Lake bungalows and a MINI LAKE bungalow that is still under development. More information about this will follow soon.
After intensive research, investigation and comparison of the several construction methods, RCN selected ArchiSmart as the supplier and builder for the bungalows. Quality, pricing and flexibility were the arguments in their conclusion. Our partner Recreavilla, also became a team member as specialists in creating solutions and solving issues as well as long-term asset managment services.
Together we are looking forward to completing phase two of this exciting project.
