An existing 4-story building was built using light metal technology to create a new floor for a penthouse apartment.
The Archi-Smart team built the steel structure with two people in 1 week and made the roof waterproofing.
The latter was also of utmost importance as it was necessary to protect the people on the lower levels from the leaking. The features of the project, such as lack of space, height, static factors, logistics, lightweight steel structure frame was the best choice.
