Suriname a new holyday country coming up in the leisure business.
At the moment serious plans are on the table to build a new holiday park close to the capital city Parimaribo.
Main tour operators already did show their interest for selling holidays in this tropical climate country.
The main architect for this project Mr Andre Nobel selected ArchiSmart system for building the bungalows because of flexibility the LGS structure brings.
Specially in a coutry like Suriname the LGS frame is the perfect solution against humidity climate. In the factory the panels will be produced and as flat pack shipped to Suriname. Local the frames will abe erected and the bunglows build up.
Furthermore we are trying to make use as much as possible from the local market, both labour and construction materials.
At the moment the last issues of design are finallized and the estimated plan is to start with the first bungalow 1 Q 2018. In total the pak will have 150 bungalows.
