ArchiSmart is a Dutch concept for building in a light steel. The concept is absolute flexible; each and every design shape can be built. Insulation according to the latest standard or according to the client’s requirements; up to passive.
For centuries houses were built from concrete and bricks, making the buildings more and more heavier and thus more and more expensive. With our knowledge of technology, engineering and materials, we provide better and more cost efficient solutions, all with a longer lifetime and a better living comfort.

The solution for construction
Using the existing foundation, a new house can be built in the ArchiSmart concept. Your wishes and according to the latest regulation. More living comfort, hygienic clean, more light, better insulation, low maintenance costs. All materials are new and from top quality. The construction time is short, in a few weeks the new house will be ready.
Foundation solutions
Since ArchiSmart has a very light construction method, the foundation can be kept simple and future foundation problems can be avoided. It is also possible to bulid ArchiSmart self supporting foundation frame, which means we build the structure on a concrete slab.
ArchiSmart Exterior wall solutions
The base is a steel frame, in which we put fiber glass and wires when they are needed. From the inside there will be gypsum board. The insulation from outside contains OSB, XPS, gridding cloth and stucco.

2. Steel structure production
Steel fame modulas houses' stuctures' bases are pre-produced steel frames. Who would have thought, right? These being produced in factory environment, which means the construction time on the site is much less, that a traditional house's would be.
3. Construction materials
The materials which will be used in the construction. These will be used for insulation, wiring, exterior desing.
4. Concrete foundation
Every qualitiy building stats with a quality foundation, what we offer is no different.
5. Light steel structure
When arrived, the pre-produced steel pieces will form the basic structure of the building.
6. Exterior works
When a steel frame is finished, our team start the construction of the walls, including the insulation, wiring, exterior desing.
7. Interior decoration
When the stuctue and wiring are ready, we start to assemble the interior.
8. Finish, turn key delivery
When everything is ready, you recive the keys, and you new holiday home.
Modular construction method
1. The Customer’s requirements
The process starts with the Customers' requirements. Steel frame modular houses are easily customizable according to the Customers' wishes, due to the pre-produced steel frames. Just tell us what and where you need, and we make it real for you, our desing is as flexible as you wish. The type of furniture, color of paint, technical solutions and others are variable based on agreement.
2. Steel production
The bases of Steel frame modular houses' stuctures' are pre-produced steel frames. Who would have thought, right? These being produced in factory environment, which means the construction time on the site is much less, that a traditional house's would be.
3. Module pieces' production
With the help of these “modular plans”, our assembly team produces the panels. We have a partner for the steel frames, which give the structural bases of the panels. The members of the assembly team install the wires, insulation, and outlets.
4. Preparations on the construction site
The foundation should be ready when the wall panels will arrive, so the local team's first task is to make the concrete foundations.
5. Delivery to the construction site
When the panels are ready, we order a truck, load them up in transport cages. When the truck arrives in the site, our local construction team unloads them and start the assembly process.
6. Construction works
The foundation had been already set up, on which we lay down the floor panels, later assemble the walls, and roof. As the structure is finished and sealed, the wiring is connected and ready, we start the interior works. The team also installs the extra outer insulation and decoration.
7. Interior works and exterior finish
We add the finishing touches to the exterior, seal everything and paint the walls. After these tasks are done, we assemble the interior by adding the furniture, bathroom parts and kitchen appliances.
8. Final touches and delivery
When every work is done, we check that everything is working as it should be, we clean up, and message the Owner that your new holiday home is ready, you can receive the keys.
